Drive-In Church
“I was glad when they said to me, let us go to the house of the Lord!” -Psalm 122:1
Beginning April 5th, we will have a 9:00 am and a 10:15 am worship service on the West End (Children’s Side) of our property. On Easter Sunday we will add in a 7:00 am Sunrise service also.
You will hear from some that this kind of service is not allowed after Executive Order 55 was given by Virginia’s Governor on March 30th. But that is not the case. We have checked with city and state officials and have been told we can do this as long as people stay in their cars and practice social distancing. So, here are the guidelines for our Drive-In Service:

Only come to one of these services.

Do NOT transport non-family members!

You will park with a space between you and the next car AND stay in your car!

We are working to transmit over an FM station number, but that may take a week or two.

The services will only be about 45 minutes.

We will tape the service and post it afterwards on our media platforms.
Let me be clear that if this makes any faithful member of The Tabernacle anxious, please exercise your freedom in Christ and stay home!
