Jesus' Money

How would your giving change if you viewed your money as Jesus’ money that you were managing and investing for Him?   10-06-19

Sharing the Gospel

Sometimes when we are sharing the simple gospel the Holy Spirit gives us discernment that something else needs to be addressed as part of our sharing so this listener will truly understand. 10-06-19

Bigger Than Being Rich or Poor

Coveting is bigger than about being rich or poor, because many times the coveting rich are too attached to the possessions they have, and the coveting poor are too attached to the possessions they want!  10-06-19

You will not have a dream or vision that contradicts the Bible’s truth; If you have one, it will encourage you to persevere in your Christian walk! 09-29-2019

Negotiating Your Obedience

If you don’t understand who Jesus really is, you will always try to negotiate your obedience to Him, having a form of religion without the power.

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven.”   -Matthew 7:21    10-06-19

Testing or Tempting

What’s the difference between testing and tempting? The motivation. God tests to produce righteousness & growth, like a good parent or coach; Satan tempts to produce sin and destruction, like the enemy of our soul that he is. 09-29-19

Questioning Jesus

If you don’t understand who Jesus truly is, you will question Him and the Bible as if you are the Lord over Him instead of trembling before Him as your Creator and the one who alone can save a wretch like you!

Thus, says the LORD: “Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is My place of rest? For all those things My hand has made, and all that exists,” Says the LORD. “But in this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at My word.”      -Isaiah 66:1-2        10-06-19

Language of Faith

Prayer is the language of faith!  09/22/19

None Are Righteous

Ironically, the problem with both the self-righteous person and the despairing sinner is that they are trusting in themselves instead of the gospel of Jesus. The self-righteous person thinks she has done enough good that God must love her more; The despairing sinner thinks he has done so much bad that God could never love him at all. BOTH are placing the emphasis on themselves instead of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which tells us that none are righteous enough to earn salvation, and none have sinned beyond God’s ability to save those who turn to Jesus! 09-29-16

When He Comes Again

The Reason Jesus came as the Suffering Lamb the first time was so that no one would have to meet Him as the Lion who rightfully Judges when He comes again.
