Comparing verse 2 with verse 6 informs us that sometimes when the Bible says the Angel of the LORD appears it is a reference to when ____________ appears!

εἶπον οὖν ὑμῖν ὅτι ἀποθανεῖσθε ἐν ταῖς ἁμαρτίαις ὑμῶν ἐὰν γὰρ μὴ πιστεύσητε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι ἀποθανεῖσθε ἐν ταῖς ἁμαρτίαις ὑμῶν           John 8:24

The Greek for “I AM” is ego eimi in both Exodus 3:14 and John 8:24

What are some of the “takeaways” we should have from God saying this is His name forever, His memorial to all generations?

Verse 18 must have encouraged Moses – The Hebrews will heed Moses’ voice! But according to verse 19, who will not heed Moses’ voice?
